If going from T5 to the hotel, say you are going to the Thistle hotel to the driver, you are inside the 'heathrow free flow' zone/area, and it applies to this bus. If going from T5 towards hounslow (towards the hotel), you get on at the first stop - T5. If heading to T5 from the hotel, it is one of the last stops down the bottom "Heathrow Park Thistle Hotel". Select direction, either Towards T5 (the end of the route), or Towards Hounslow bus station, to head in the other direction away from T5. T1 is in the 'central area' of Heathrow airport (along with T3, and the current T2 rebuilding site).
